Payment Policy

This Payment Policy applies to purchases made directly through wudfal.com. Wudfal is operated by PHYGRITI TRADING LLC. Please review the selected products, quantities, delivery information and final checkout total before submitting payment.
1. Accepted payment methods
We accept the payment methods actually displayed and available to you during Shopify checkout. Availability may vary by country or region, currency, device, payment-provider eligibility and store configuration. If a payment method is not shown at checkout, it is not available for that order.
2. Checkout and payment processing
Our store operates on Shopify. Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and the authorized payment providers enabled for the store. A selected provider may redirect you to its own payment environment. Its separate terms and privacy practices may apply.
Please do not send complete card numbers, security codes, banking passwords or other payment credentials by email, phone or ordinary customer-service messages. Wudfal does not need that information to provide routine order support.
3. Prices and order totals
The selling price for each product and selected configuration is displayed on the applicable product page and again during checkout. Before payment, checkout shows the products, quantities, discounts, shipping charges, taxes collected at checkout where applicable and the final order total.
Prices may change before an order is submitted. A price change does not affect an order we have already accepted, except where a clear technical, listing or pricing error requires us to contact the customer or cancel and refund the affected order as permitted by law.
4. Currency and conversion
The currency shown in the final checkout total is the currency presented for the transaction. If your bank or payment provider uses another currency, it may apply its own exchange rate, foreign-transaction fee or conversion charge. Those independently imposed charges are controlled by that institution.
5. Shipping charges, taxes and import costs
Standard shipping is US$5.99 for eligible orders below US$39. Eligible orders of US$39 or more receive free standard shipping. The threshold is based on the eligible subtotal after discounts and before taxes. The applicable amount is displayed before payment.
Taxes collected through checkout are displayed where applicable. International orders may also incur customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other government charges that are not collected by us unless checkout states otherwise. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6. Discounts and promotions
A discount applies only when its stated conditions are satisfied. Conditions may include eligible products, minimum order value, code, destination and offer period. The discount actually applied appears in the cart or checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.
7. Authorization, confirmation and acceptance
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable amount. Your bank or payment provider may place a temporary authorization hold. A pending authorization is not necessarily a completed charge.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. Orders remain subject to payment verification, fraud screening, inventory availability, shipping eligibility, pricing accuracy and applicable legal requirements.
8. Declined or failed payments
A bank or payment provider may decline a payment because of incorrect information, insufficient funds, security controls, account restrictions, currency limitations, provider eligibility or technical issues. We do not control an independent provider’s approval decision. Check the billing details, contact the provider or use another payment method shown at checkout.
9. Fraud prevention and order verification
We may review, delay, limit or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to address suspected unauthorized payment, material inconsistencies, fraud, misuse, inventory limits, shipping restrictions or legal requirements. We may contact the customer using the order details for reasonable verification. If we cancel an order after payment, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.
10. Duplicate charges and pending authorizations
A failed or repeated checkout attempt may create one or more temporary pending authorizations. These usually expire according to the bank or provider’s timing. If two charges have fully settled for the same order, contact us with the order number and non-sensitive transaction details so we can investigate.
11. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After an approved return is received and inspected, we initiate the applicable refund within 5 business days. A bank, card issuer or other provider may require additional time to post it. Shipping charges and return costs are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
12. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Contact us first if you do not recognize a charge or believe an order problem remains unresolved. This gives us an opportunity to check the order, shipment and payment records. Nothing in this section removes any dispute right provided by your payment provider or applicable law.
13. One-time purchases
Products currently sold through the standard Wudfal catalog are presented as one-time purchases. We will not create recurring charges unless a subscription or recurring service is separately offered, its price and billing frequency are clearly disclosed before purchase, and the customer expressly authorizes it.
