This policy explains how Wudfal processes and delivers orders placed through wudfal.com.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. High-volume periods may require additional time.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery is generally estimated at 7–14 business days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination, carrier capacity and customs processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Any promotion shown at checkout applies only while its stated conditions are met.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send the tracking number to the checkout email address after dispatch. Carrier scans may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delays, loss and damage

Weather, carrier disruptions and customs reviews can cause delays. If tracking appears stalled or an order arrives damaged, email service@wudfal.com. Damage or incorrect-item claims should be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
