These Terms of Service govern your use of wudfal.com and purchases from Wudfal. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and all policies linked from them.

Store use and eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your location to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate account, billing and delivery information and to use the store only for lawful purposes.

Products and information

We work to present accurate descriptions, images, dimensions and prices. Minor color, packaging or component-layout differences may occur between production batches and device displays. We may correct errors, update information or discontinue products when necessary.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order because of inventory, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions or payment verification. Authorized refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

Fishing-equipment safety

Fishing hooks, cutting tools, sinkers and related components can cause injury if mishandled. Inspect equipment before use, follow applicable fishing and boating rules, wear appropriate protective equipment, keep sharp or small parts away from children and select tackle suitable for the intended load and environment.

Intellectual property

The Wudfal name, original site text, layout elements and original imagery are owned by or licensed to Wudfal and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Product names and factual specifications remain subject to applicable rights.

Third-party services

The store may rely on Shopify and other service providers for hosting, payment, analytics, advertising, delivery and related functions. Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Wudfal is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the State of California, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
